An Urgent Purchase Assistant is required in Construction Company in Fujairah Duties & Responsibilities:Job Type: Full-timeExperience: 3-5 years (in UAE) in construction CompanyMust Join Immediately? Floating inquiries to the concerned suppliers.? Receiving quotations from mentioned suppliers.? Making the comparison of the quotations received.? Submitting the comparison to Purchase Manager for negotiation and finalization.? Preparation of LPO once the value and supplier is finalized.? Forwarding the LPO to Purchase Manager for approval.? Coordinating with the suppliers for prompt delivery of the materials to the site.? Coordinating with the site staff regarding the quality and quantity of the materials received.? Coordinating with the Accounts Department regarding the payments issue raised by various suppliers.? Maintaining proper filling of all the PRs and LPOs.? Receiving and updating PR and LPO logs.? Assist Purchase Manager for any ad-hoc work.Permanent Experience: construction: 3 years (Required)
