Job Description

We are looking for a Civil Project Coordinator, working with a strong Contractor or a client, with fit-out experience as well as farm-related (landscape) experiencing to handle execution and not development. He has to have Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or similar.

  • Be able to work on multiple projects at one time
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of the projects (as requested)
  • Support the team and take the lead (when requested) for issues related to the projects
  • Ensure the timely conclusion of Technical issues in line with the ovreall project deadline
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and quantity surveyors to ensure resolution of technical issues without additional cost or time
  • Ensure Lessons Learned are properly documented throughout the life of the project
  • Monitor and report to the respective Manager all technical issues that may affect progress, risks and opportunities and propose the time frame to resolve the technical issues.
  • Check technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
  • Inspect, verify and ensure the accuracy of calculations submitted and ensure they are properly implemented at site as well as quantities of procured materials
  • Arrange plans of the project(s) for the site and share project management details upon request
  • Provide input as required for the weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress.
  • Attend client program meetings when requested by the Manager
  • Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture among the ranks throughout the Company.
  • Throughout the duration of the works, verify ? alone or through the consultants and contractors ? the monthly invoices of different consultants and contractors in line with the physical progress at site for civil and architectural items when requested by the Manager
  • Coordinate with the FM team regarding the Project Close-out
