  • Help the organization to understand and comply with numerous federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Review, negotiate, and draft various contracts, such as exploration and production agreements, drilling contracts, joint operating agreements, and lease agreements.
  • Assist clients in complying with environmental regulations, including permits, waste disposal, and safety standards along with general counsel, work on international legal requests.
  • Handle legal disputes, including lawsuits related to property rights, contract breaches, environmental issues, and other conflicts.
  • Advise on intellectual property matters related to innovations, patents, and trade secrets in the industry.
