Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a company providing a comprehensive range of architecture products in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Landscape Supervisor who will be responsible for ensuring that landscape maintenance projects are completed within budget and on schedule, while adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements. <b>Responsibilities:</b>- Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including planting, pruning, irrigation, and pest control.- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget and scope.- Inspect landscapes to ensure quality standards are met and recommend necessary improvements.- Allocate resources efficiently, including labor, equipment, and materials.- Train and guide landscape staff to enhance skills and productivity.- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and company policies.- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns.- Prepare and maintain reports, including schedules, budgets, and performance evaluations.Requirements- Diploma or degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field is required- Proven experience as a Landscape Supervisor or in a similar role within the landscaping industry.- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment, and plant care.- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals.- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in landscaping.- Proficiency in preparing and managing budgets and schedules.- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.Benefits- Competitive salary plus benefits
