FloristJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Assist clients with flower and gift orders•Provide personalized recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.•Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers, plants, and accessories for their occasions.•Process orders accurately and efficiently, including arranging delivery and ensuring timely fulfillment.•Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral shop, including arranging displays and restocking inventory as needed.•Care for and maintain flowers and plants to ensure freshness and quality.•Keep up-to-date with floral trends, seasonal blooms, and industry innovations.•Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.•Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously.•Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.•Select, arrange, and deliver flowers to meet specified needs.Qualifications:•Previous experience in floral design or a related field is preferred•Strong artistic skills with a keen eye for color, texture, and design.•Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.•Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral arrangement techniques•Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
