Job Description

Our client is seeking an Events Manager who has UAE and international experience in events, particularly, large events. You need to have a strong network and excellent communication skills. Our client offers great benefits, and you must be willing to relocate to Fujairah.Description:

  • Managing events that enhance our client?s image, and enhance their brand-to-client experience
  • You will be responsible for planning: budget, location, marketing, logistics, schedule events calendar, target audience, and third-party agreement
  • Improve growth through events & initiatives that effectively communicate business strategy and brand personality
  • You should reinforce client-to-business relations, improve our client?s image, and effectively deliver on event objectives
  • Understand our client?s vision & mission to ensure a clear massage & concept is delivered to our client?s audience
  • Ensure concept delivered through creative and innovative concept
  • Brainstorm and implement event plans and concepts
  • Work with the creative department in event & initiative image and branding
  • Work with the finance department in budgeting and invoicing
  • Liaise and negotiating with vendors
  • Negotiate sponsorship deals
  • Handle logistics by ensuring logistics are set and tested
  • Set detailed timeline for each event and initiative
  • Manage branding and communication
  • Develop event feedback surveys & handle post-event reports
  • Manage teams and coordinate with different departments to ensure progress
  • Set risk management plan for each event
  • Plan gifts and give aways
