Job Description

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions.
  • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure correct amounts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Scan and process merchandise using the POS system.
  • Ensure accuracy in handling transactions and providing correct change.
  • Verify product prices and promotions.
  • Keep the cashier area clean and organized.
  • Collaborate with other store staff to provide excellent customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with the sales team and management.
