Job Description

  • Daily Operations:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the caf?, ensuring smooth functioning of all areas.
  • Monitor opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
  • Staff Management:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise caf? staff, including baristas, kitchen staff, and servers.
  • Schedule shifts, delegate tasks, and manage performance to ensure high-quality service.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to improve staff performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service:
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Ensure the caf? environment is welcoming and that service standards are consistently met.
  • Inventory and Supplies:
  • Manage inventory levels for food, beverages, and other supplies.
  • Coordinate with vendors, place orders, and track deliveries to prevent shortages and reduce waste.
  • Financial Management:
  • Oversee daily financial operations, including cash management and reconciliation.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and sales data to identify trends and improve profitability.
  • Implement cost-control measures and ensure adherence to financial policies.
  • Health, Safety, and Compliance:
  • Ensure that the caf? complies with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the establishment.

  • Utilize social media, local advertising, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintenance and Facility Management:
