We are looking for experienced Accountants for DataEntry.ae to manage a variety of accounting tasks, including handling QuickBooks, maintaining CRM systems, managing invoices, and overseeing other financial responsibilities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records, timely invoices, and efficient use of accounting software.### Key Responsibilities:- Administer and maintain QuickBooks accounting software and accurate reporting.- Use CRM software to track and manage customer and financial data.- Create, process, and track invoices to ensure timely payments.- Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and summaries as needed.- Oversee daily financial transactions and maintain detailed records.- Support month-end and year-end closings.- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.### Preferred Skills:- Certification in **QuickBooks** or similar accounting software.- Experience managing multiple clients or accounts.- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a growing company.
