Workshop Supervisor - Body & Paint | Nile Trading | HondaOverview of the role:To provide daily supervision to ensure sufficient, clean, and safe and defect free vehicles. Manage technical team in line with Company Policies, Regulatory Standards and Statutory guidelines, deadlines and requirements for Body Workshop, to ensure that staff, systems and resources are using in the Workshop to meet manufacturer is set of standards in order to provide excellent levels of customer service at all times. For Body workshop responsible for all Training activity as per Honda standardWhat you will do:Contribute to total customer satisfaction through ensuring proper distribution and execution of all repair orders and sublet repairs.Ensure all customers vehicles were completed for delivery at the time promised.Maintain minimum number of vehicle carryoversMaintain zero comebacks by conducting final quality inspections and instructing technicians on self-check proceduresWorkshop KPI Management and developing action plan for continuous improvementMaintain high levels of cleanliness of workshopEncouraging workshop team to implementation of SST in their daily workSchedule and follow-up the equipment maintenance.Maintain high level of motivation and morale in the team and ensure development of the staff, to achieve high level of employee satisfaction
