Maintain the inventory system accurately to provide security and protection of the company property.
Responsible for issuing supplies entries to ensure that accurate usage reports can be generated.
Receive, record and store incoming supplies as they arrive with the cooperation of the Inspection section.
Keep the warehouse clean and ordered at all times, according to regulations.
Prepare and file inventory records as necessary to control the movement of spare parts to different work locations as needed.
Expedite shipping out spare parts not in service and stock transfer.
Ensure that all materials are issued from stores and shipped to proper designed cost centers (A/C or specific work orders, etc...)
Perform other tasks as required.
