Position SnapshotPosition SummaryTo efficiently manage the customer replenishment process focused on service delivery and consistent satisfaction achievement.A day in the life of-Drive service level and consequently customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high quality service meeting customers expectations and needs-Manage replenishment using information such as sales history, forecast and stock holding within the customer Distribution Centre/Store and Nestle locations-Recognize and measure where possible, elements of replenishment from stock holding locations (Nestle to Customer and Customer Distribution Centre to Store)-Optimize distribution costs by collaborating with Physical Logistics, Production and Transportation-Drive service level and consequently customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high quality service meeting customers expectations and needs-Manage replenishment using information such as sales history, forecast and stock holding within the customer Distribution Centre/Store and Nestle locations-Recognize and measure where possible, elements of replenishment from stock holding locations (Nestle to Customer and Customer Distribution Centre to Store)-Optimize distribution costs by collaborating with Physical Logistics, Production and Transportation-Participate in alignment meetings with DSP and Generating Demand-Participate in NCE operational review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of the VMI/CMI process-In depth use of the VMI-CMI technical solution, including data maintenance and alignment with Nestle and Customer systems REQUIREMENTS: What will make you successful-Soft Skills on interaction, Flexibility and ability to cope with complexity in a multi-category Organisation.-Service & business improvement orientation-Two or more years of preferably operational experience in O2C in a similar market environment or trade structure.-Additionally, operational experience at market/business level, in the following areas is beneficial:-Working for or with a customer in a collaborative environment-Working in other Supply Chain functions such as Physical Logistics or Sales support-Experience in related business improvement projects
