Plant and Utilities equipment maintenance management: In coordination with the Building and Utilities Supervisor.
Implement modifications : Optimize Building & Utilities activities, initiate and follow up action plans for performance continuous improvement related safety, efficiency, cost and quality.
Equipment installation and planning: In conjunction with other impacted department.
Analysis & calculations: Under request of supervisor analyze design proposals of new equipment installation and take the appropriate decisions.
Work with contractors &safety: Coordinate Contractors? activities on Site.
Report and Communicate: Guarantees the feedback of maintenance related information and repair objectives and schedules to subordinates.?
Workplace: Perform necessary actions to keep the work place in a clean and orderly condition in order to ensure easy access to all parts of the place and prevent potential malfunctions and breakdowns.
?Ensure project team and contractors are fully aware and adhere to all EHS rules, policies and procedures.
Assist and support that initial investigation of accident/ incidents are performed and actions are implemented.
