Interacting with the product team to design new features and updating old onesJob Responsibilities:* Starting with concepts then to wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences, by researching, prototyping and testing for digital channels; * Clearly articulate your design vision and provide suggestions on best practices for bringing designs to life, while satisfying user and technical requirements and delivering interactive components, page layouts, logos, icons, etc.; * Execute and research interaction design and visual as a part of a multidisciplinary team; * Collaborate and share knowledge with other team members (designers, developers and product managers); * Contribute, update and maintain a product and company-wide Design system; * Respect and follow the code of conduct, general rules and principles of the company; * Fulfill other duties which are necessary for company well-being, safety and security.Job Requirements: * + 4 years experience UX/UI Design; * Minimum of 2 years of experience designing with product teams; * Strong familiarity with User experience Fundamentals. * Familiar with the identity guidelines and following design systems* Experience designing dense and responsive layouts for the web; * Strong understanding of iOS and Android design guidelines; * Deep appreciation and talent for simple solutions to complex problems; * Ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas and solutions; * Eager to work in team environment and share know-how; * Open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism; * Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Invision, Photoshop, Illustrator and other design tools; * Good idea visualization and presentation skills; * Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills; * Easily adapts to new situations and changes; * Has a keen attention to detail and is organized; * Fluent EnglishWe Offer* A unique experience in an entrepreneurial, yet structured environment * A unique opportunity of having strong impact in building the African ecommerce sector * The opportunity to become part of a highly professional and dynamic team * An unparalleled personal and professional growth as our longer-term objective is to train the next generation of leaders
