Employment: Full Time RATP Dev, a subsidiary of the RATP Group, ensures the operation and maintenance of urban and interurban transport networks in 12 countries through over 110 subsidiaries. With over 18,000 employees and the expertise and backing of a global leader in public transportation, our subsidiaries provide performance, dynamism and reliability to our customers and passengers to their networks.RATP Dev will soon be in charge of the operations and maintenance of Cairo Line 3 and its future extension therefore we are actively sourcing quality talent for this new and exciting opportunity in Egypt.The Trainer should identify existing skills gaps, formulate appropriate programs, and then assume a hands-on role in training, in addition to conducting post-intervention check-ins to establish the effectiveness of the program.Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirementsProduce training schedules and classroom agendaDetermine course content according to objectivesPrepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individuallyArrange for and conduct on-site training when neededKeep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.Observe and evaluate results of training programsDetermine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements REQUIREMENTS: QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.Certification as a Technical TrainerKNOWLEDGE:Knowledge of various training and teaching methodsExcellent decision making and organisational skillsGood time-management skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in MS Office and database softwareEXPERIENCE:Proven experience of 4-6 years as a technical trainer
