Job Description

Role Purpose:Conducts research and analysis in different areas involving compensation, such as compensation statistics and market analysis. Responsibilities include conducting position evaluations, preparing job descriptions, assessing the budgetary impact of compensation decisions and providing oversight of compliance with regulations and labor laws. The Total Rewards Analyst collaborates with others to determine staffing needs, design and adjust salary structures and compensation packages and develop policies and procedures.Role Details ? Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Support Total Rewards in communication and implementation of the salary & benefits per operating companies & countries.
  • Work closely with HCBP?s to understand compensation and benefits in several countries.
  • Prepare and submit global data surveys and conduct first-stage analysis on reports/databases once published
  • Designing reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for management team.
  • Preparing and updating job descriptions and occupational classifications.
  • Support Total Rewards Operations Manager in running the annual Merit and Bonus cycles.

Minimum experience
  • None required, internship or experience in a HR services environment desirable.
Minimum Qualifications/education
