Auto req ID: 280701BR Maintains all performance dashboards on Global Brain on a monthly basis Follows up/troubleshoots issues on timely Measure Up monthly submissions for all Plants in the sector Follows up/ensures timely and complete monthly submissions on the Waste Mapping PowerApps by plants Owns and circulates the monthly executive Supply Chain Scorecard as well as the newly launched MOH executive scorecard Updates the Deep Dives productivity realized Business Units (BUs) on a monthly basis Supports the Sector Performance Sr Manager on the Awards agenda (CCOC, Sector Awards) Updates and automates the AOP KPI?s submission process and relevant dashboards Maintains labor, utilities, material costs for all plants on a yearly basis (to be used in 1%TE Calculation & TMO Calculation) Owns the SPP MOS Activities calendar TSV tool Quarterly maintenance & liaising with the global team Refreshes AMESA Facility database on a yearly basis LSS & Productivity executive dashboard Ad-hoc data collection from BU?s & Plants Ad-hoc analysis exercises using Tableau Support in the PPMS project in terms of data base creation along with Productivity & LSS Senior Manager Qualifications/Requirements BSc. or higher in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics. 5 years experience in CPG company (preferred) Deep understanding of BY TMS solution Deep experience in implementing solution in new markets and working with IT organization (min. 2-3 projects) Experience facilitating/leading technical products Experience incorporating user feedback and business strategy to craft long term product strategy and vision Technical and data management experience Relocation Eligible: Not Applicable Job Type: Regular
