The Store Services Clerk is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of stores equipments to ensure a continuous high service level.Key AccountabilitiesVisit all shops providing maintenance snag list to the direct manager in order to maintain a high level of performanceApply and assure all preventive and maintenance works are done properly in coordination with external contractorsChange advertisement posters and x glass stickers according to brand promo and/or information updateAssist in maintaining the neatness of window display areas, all doors, shelves and decorations to attract clients to storesCarry out minor electrical dues such as; maintaining all electrical lights in assigned stores and installing wires and cables when needed REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge1-3 years of experience in a similar fieldStrong knowledge in stores maintenance workFluency in EnglishFluency in EnglishCompetenciesAttention to detailsCommercial UnderstandingInitiativeTeamworkCommunication SkillsCustomer FocusDriving and Achieving results
