Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for an SRE Engineer who has a strong background in software engineering, with experience working in an agile engineering team and always keen for getting into new technologies. You will be working in a challenging project that will require high attention to details, critical thinking, problem solving skills, and innovation. Your team has a major impact on engineering our delivery by continuous optimization and improvements, the team will be responsible for large scale infrastructure and applications management.Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support production environment
  • Solve incidents within SLAs
  • Provides management, maintenance, monitoring, and automation to all environments
  • Handle code deployments in all environments
  • Monitor metrics and innovate ways to improve
  • Work closely with development and testing teams and provide solutions to optimize the software development lifecycle
  • Brainstorm for new ideas and ways to improve our daily work
  • Follow best practices and procedures and improve them
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
  • 4 - 6 years of experience in production support.
  • Experience in application management, deployment and monitoring is a must
  • Experience in Ansible is a must
  • Experience in bash scripting is a must
  • Experience in Redhat JBoss EAP is a plus
  • Experience in CI/CD pipelines is a plus
  • Understanding software development life cycle
  • Good knowledge of AWS or Azure or GCP is a plus
