Our Subsea Production Systems technologies are industry-leading.Partner with the bestYoull be the customer facing staff taking ownership of operational plans to meet business needs and contribute to the execution of successful sales strategies. Youll deliver successful outcomes for key industry players and challenges through innovation, custom solutions, business understanding and building relationships.As a Sr Sales Manager - MENAT, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing commercial leadership to the Subsea Production Systems business in MENAT delivering orders, targets and growth in the market;
  • Developing customer relationships to increase early engagement and product adaption;
  • Owning and developing your sales pipeline;
  • Understanding customer requirements and competitor approaches to improve your sales strategies;
  • Engaging with clients in co-developing solutions instead of just selling products
  • Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistic and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have Bachelors Degreee in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Have minimum 5 years experience in Subsea Production Systems and related equipment;
  • Show great sales experience and or capability to interact with others;
  • Have experience in developing account plans and strategy and proactively growing business;
  • Demonstrate good written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences;
  • Preferably having prior experience in project management/engineering in the Subsea Production System space
  • Have ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
