Exciting career opportunity in the Procurement function, in the capacity of Sourcing Manager MEA Marketing Agencies, based in Cairo BU.The main purpose of the role is to take charge of Strategic sourcing for Marketing Agency services (e.g. advertising agencies, advertising production) for the MEA (Middle East & Africa) Business Unit, which is one of the 13 Business Units that Mondelz is organized by globally.Main responsibilities:Collaborating with Regional & Global sourcing leads, to develop sourcing strategies and implement global/regional action plans in MEA in alignment with local business needsBalancing service excellence with productivity gains & cash-flow improvementsManaging the implementation of global/regional projects, as well as leading local projects from end to endSpend data, supplier and industry analysisUnderstanding Mondelz local business needs and translating them into Procurement deliverablesPreparing and executing local bids, including negotiations with MEA suppliers and contract implementation, as well as co-leading or supporting regional/global bids/negotiationsLeading MEA supplier performance evaluation process, and developing appropriate action plans in alignment with internal stakeholders REQUIREMENTS: QualificationsKnowledge, Skills and Experience RequiredBachelors or Post-Graduate Degree (Masters), ideally in Business AdministrationExperience in Marketing ProcurementExperience to work in a multinational (ideally global) and multicultural environmentExperience working in Marketing or in advertising agencies5 years experience in ProcurementFluency in English & ArabicProficiency in MS officeTeam Player; ability to support and lead to achieve common goalsStrong Communication, Presentation, and Stakeholder Management skills
