  • This position is responsible for testing software projects under the guidance of a senior resource, helping to ensure that the project is delivered on time with high quality. This position will also be responsible for testing existing/new services.
Responsibilities
  • Review requirements documents in terms of consistency, completeness, and correctness.
  • Design and execute test cases and test scenarios based on the specifications provided.
  • Verify that implemented software meets the business requirements.
  • Perform functional and UI testing for new or modified features based on usability standards.
  • Record and report bugs documenting the results compared to expected results to development teams.
  • Suggest functionality improvements based on usability standards.
  • Work with the development team to troubleshoot issues.
  • Work alongside the client in the UAT phase.
Required Skills and experience:
  • BS degree in Computer Science or relevant fields.
  • 1-2 years of testing experience.
  • ISTQB certificate is a plus.
  • JIRA Knowledge is a must.
  • Zephyr knowledge is a plus.
  • Know how to write descriptive Test cases and defects.
  • Ability to work with rudimentary requirements and specifications.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC.
  • A self-motivated, flexible, and quick learner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A strong team player, able to collaborate and work with global and cross-functional teams.
