Leading a team of software developers to develop and maintain custom software projectsEssential Functions Supervision and Coordination of Development Resources (60%) Review requirements and provide feedback to Project Managers and coordinate understanding to the vendors Provide code reviews to contribute to continuous improvement Escalate time, cost or quality implications to project manager and development manager Lead technical knowledge transfer where necessary Analyze existing solutions to provide recommendations on improvements Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain suitable coding standards Assist in deployment and DevOps of platforms Attend personal training for at least one week per half year to improve skills Contribute to project effort estimationsQualifications Bachelors Degree Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field 7 years+ experience in software development 5+ years of experience in Open-Source technologies, web platforms, web applications, server side deployments and mobile cross platform technologies Strong knowledge of Mongo DB, MySQL & MS SQL Server ASP.NET & MS MVC knowledge is a plus Native Android & iOS mobile apps development is a plus At least 2+ years in REST API, JWT and XML Services At least 2+ year experience with MVC and MERN/MEAN/MEARN Stack.
