Participates in the coordination, supervision and administration of the HSE requirements at site.
Participates in the coordination of the HSE measures plan adopted by contractors/subcontractors during the construction stage to handle all related issues at site in order to fulfill the HSE requirements.
Participates in identifying and specifying site HSE requirements aimed to protect human life and avoid environmental impacts and property damage as well.
Participates in coordinating site emergency plans, elements and requirements.
Participates in furnishing technical assistance on site HSE issues.
Participates in holding weekly site HSE meetings with the concerned parties during the construction stage and records minutes of meetings.
Participates in the preparation and issuance of site HSE reports and keep records as well as ensuring the issuance of contracts/subcontractors reports.
Participates in checking periodically contractors/subcontractors equipment and validity of their certificates.
Participates in the risk assessment of construction and maintenance activities.
Participates in conducting site HSE awareness provided in accordance with the minimum HSE training requirements.
Participates in managing the HSE hazards identified by the assessment.
Implements Company Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management Systems requirements.
