1- Study the tender documents (specifications, drawing, BOQ, method of measurements and contracts) to take the project details into consideration2- Review the project and in case there are technical errors in the project, send them to the team leader.3- Conduct site visits to investigate the environment surrounding the project when needed.4- Coordinate with other departments to determine the cost of common items.5- Follow up the preparation of the request of quotation to be sent to the suppliers to get pricing offers.6- Review the comparison sheet and select the best vendor based on clients? requirements and project?s specs.7- Finalize the cost break down and send it to the team leader to be reviewed.8- Prepare and review the Technical and Commercial Submittal with the document control before sending it to the client.9- Provide the Tender Engineers with support to resolve any complex issues and improve their performance.
