This role to manages projects from end to end i.e. from questionnaire preparation to client deliverables with the guidance of a Senior Manager. The ideal candidate will thrive in a growing operations department and will have the ability and drive to learn new analytical, technical and problem-solving skills.Project Management: Liaise with necessary touch points post commissioning of project in order to ensure timely deliverable of data and to ensure that all specs of study design and methodology are adhered to ensure that all project milestones are being met on time and in fullAnalysis and Insights: Be proficient in different methodologies of data collection and also proficient in data interpretation to build actionable insightsPartner clients: Become the ?go to ?person for your set of clients for all data queries and project queries. Build rapport and relationship with the clients in order for a smooth operating processRole RequirementsCAPABILITIES

  • At least 2 years of experience in market research
  • Proficient Microsoft Office experience (PowerPoint and Excel) an absolute must
  • Ability to crunch numbers, trends and provide actionable insights
  • Good presentation skills
  • Organization and time management skills ? self-motivated in a fast-paced environment and able to effectively juggle multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously while ensuring work is accurate, neat and error-free.
  • Knowledge of Brands and Brand management ? Understanding and appreciation of brands, brand research in both Brand Strategy and Brand Guidance space is an added advantage
