  • Senior Radio Planning Expert
  • Setting, planning and execution for the Network strategy in terms of coverage and User perspective
  • 3G/LTE/5G (FDD/TDD) RF network design and planning activities using Atoll A9955 and its modules
  • Nominal Design and link budget analysis
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
  • Validation and analysis of technical site survey reports (TSSRs)
  • 3G/LTE/5G Coverage predictions, Results analysis, fine tune site parameters (azimuths, tilts, etc.) to optimize RSRP/RSCP/RSRQ, Best Server, etc. and achieve the required RF design target
  • Provision and implementation for new features
  • Handling both ways RAN Swap activities
  • Network expansion coverage and capacity studies
  • Deep investigations and troubleshooting experience using various tools and techniques
  • Preparation and execution for high level management presentations including managerial and technical details
