With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).Are you passionate about solving problems?As part of our team, you will:

  • Senior Radio Planning and Optimization Expert
  • >10 years experience
  • Setting, planning and execution for the Network strategy in terms of coverage, mobility and User perspective
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
  • Monitoring and analyzing 3G/LTE/5G radio Network statistics on daily basis
  • Maintain / improve all Radio performance KPIs
  • Revising Radio KPIs formulas and defining new ones when needed
  • 3G/LTE/5G Radio parameters tuning
  • Provision and implementation for new features
  • Handling both ways RAN Swap activities
  • Network expansion and capacity studies
  • Deep investigations and troubleshooting experience using various tools and techniques
  • M.V. knowledge is an added value
  • Preparation and execution for high level management presentations including managerial and technical details
