Analyze and interpret the mechanical Shop drawings and coordinate with the other sectors.Follow up on the execution progress and ensure the time schedule is going well.Create Mechanical plans.Create a breakdown of the Plumbing plan and distribute the workload on the Plumbing foremen.Day-to-day site visit to ensure work progress and raise any problems and to follow-up, evaluate and manage the subcontractors according to the Project schedule.Continuous cooperation with the site Construction Manager to monitor the time plan.?Continuous cooperation with the Procurement Department to assure the availability of raw materials according to the work needs.?Continuous cooperation with the technical office department on-site to review the shop drawing.
