Combining our expertise in human understanding with sophisticated technologies, Kantar?s 30,000 people help forward-thinking organisations succeed and grow.Senior HR Administrator Background and Department:An HR Operation team that supports key business areas in all aspects of HR administration.Overall job purpose:To provide an accurate and efficient HR service to the MENA Business by demonstrating subject matter expertise and driving operational capability in a timely and accurate manner. (UAE, KSA, Lebanon and Egypt).Key Outcomes:

• Day-to-day delivery of tier one HR services across MENA businesses in key areas of HR Operations (onboarding, life cycle, reporting)
• Resolve HR questions and issues
• Provide support in the delivery of HR projects and initiatives
• Ensure legal compliance with local requirements, SOX and company protocol
• Impact effective measurement and metrics and KPI?s. Ensure delivery of agreed quality and standards.

• Tech savvy - Solid knowledge of HR systems and their interfaces with related systems (payroll, benefits)

• Solid knowledge of HR and legislation - Applied knowledge of HR practices and principles.
• Compliance and ability to resolve local HR issues.

Qualifications, experience and expertise:Experience:

• Ideally have experience in an administrative HR role, gained within a professionally run HR function.
• Good understanding of HR systems and data maintenance, experience of Workday system would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Arabic (Written and Verbal)
• Minimum 3 to 5 years? experience
