Job Summary:We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic & Motion Designer to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs and engaging motion graphics that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality visual content for various digital and print platforms.Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design:
  • Develop innovative graphic designs for marketing materials, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
  • Create compelling visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce designs for campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Motion Design:
  • Create engaging motion graphics and animations for videos, presentations, and online content.
  • Develop storyboards and visual concepts for animated projects, ensuring they meet project goals and timelines.
  • Utilize various animation techniques to enhance visual storytelling and engage audiences.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other designers to ensure cohesive visual communication across all projects.
  • Present design concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
  • Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support in design techniques and best practices.
  • Project Management:
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Maintain an organized workflow and documentation for design projects and assets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic and motion design.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field.
  • Experience:2+ years of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Experience with 3D design and animation tools is a plus.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic and motion design projects.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
