Our inclusive team of dreamers, doers and disruptors push the limits from impossible to possible.What you will learn and contribute toWe are looking for a VMWare Expert with proven past experience in design, deployment and maintenance of VMware Telco cloud to support Nokia VNF/CNF deployments for various customers in Middle East and Africa region. We are looking for someone who can identify and fix issues reported during VNF/CNF deployments across multiple projects and be able to handle multiple issues in parallel. In this customer facing role, you will provide advanced troubleshooting support to Nokia VNF/CNF teams and liaise with Customer cloud teams to investigate any issues preventing Nokia deployments. Candidate must have CNF onboarding experience over VMWare cloud while VMware TCA experience is highly desirable. Candidate must have active VMWare certification (at least VCP-DCV) while VCAP is preferred. Your skills and experience

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Cloud Infrastructure Planning, Deployment and maintenance
• 5 or more years of experience in VMWare Datacenter Virtualization related Projects
• Experience in telecom Cloud Core projects is preferred
• Experience working with customer and multiple stakeholders to deliver Cloud Design

• Experience in VMware and related virtualization products deployment and configuration. i.e ESXi /VCenter, vSphere Replication, vSphere data protection, NSX, vRealize Log insight, vCloud director and TCA
• Experience in,
  • Troubleshooting, resource and alarm monitoring for Cloud systems
  • ESXi infrastructure
  • NUMA and Anti-Affinity Rules
  • vCPU and memory allocation principles
  • PAGY and Dedicated resource allocation models
  • NFV 2.1, NFV 3.2.1, TCI 2.0, TCI 2.2
  • vCloud Director
  • Hyperthreading and compute architecture
  • Thorough understanding of Cloud Infra architecture
  • Strong understanding for ETSI NFV 2.0 standards
  • Tuning for high performance and real-time systems
