It is dedicated to the success of the customer and their virtualization strategy and implementation.?It ensures that VMware customers are successfully implementing their business plans from adoption all the way to a fully functioning virtualized datacenter.?The VMware PS team includes Implementation/Managed Services, Engagement Management, Education Services, Partner Management and Technical Account Management (TAM) ServicesSuccess in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?

• Within 30 days of employment, undergo training and work on production related activities, also work closely with the team and business partners to understand PS business, Scope and tools.

• Within 90 days of employment, you will be expected to Supportthe EMEA Professional Services organization in improving customer satisfaction, delivery and sales effectiveness through scheduled and ad-hoc data analysis and insights
• Within 180 days, you will be expected to be independent and a pro-active member of the Delivery leadership team supporting us in making data driven business decisions.

What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?

• Develop deep knowledge ofProfessional Services data assets, extract and prepare data for modelling from enterprise databases, using SQL and other tools, deriving, and sharing insights from visualizations, correlations, and other statistics with the greater analytics team.
• Facilitate internal stakeholder engagement discussions on business and data requirements, recommend solutions, and work with team members for solutioning
• Drive strategic ownership and guidance on business intelligence and analytics across all functions including internal stakeholders such as Services Delivery, Services Sales,Sales and Customer Successteams
• As a Member of the PM practice provide accurate analysis and business guidance for both PMO and RMO activities

• Exposure toBI, advancedanalytics,and data sciences for at least 5 years.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel as well as a good working knowledge with data visualization tools such as Tableau and exposure to BI, advancedanalytics,and data sciences for at least 5 years.

• Strong presentation and summarization skills at executive level.
• Demonstrate your leadership skills through structured thought process and problem-solving approach

• Be a trusted advisor in the analytics and reporting space with our stakeholders across the delivery and sales functions
• Ability and motivation to work efficiently and productively in a multi-task environment, independently, and with minimal supervision
• Business knowledge of a professional services business is an added advantage

• Exposure to Project/Program management with skills to handle risk and mitigation plans
• Mastersdegree in business analytics or MBA strongly preferred, or can demonstrate a minimumof 5 years of equivalent working experience.

• Strong written English communication skills, additional European language is a plus
