DescriptionThe Senior Art Director - Digital is responsible for the conception, design and execution of digital visuals to be used in the website, online advertising and digital marketing. As Art Director, you will develop the overall creative strategy of the brand and oversee its implementation across all business lines, customer segments, geographies, and marketing channels. The ideal candidate must be passionate about creating outstanding designs and illustrations, will serve as guardian of the Cequens brand, and will use their creative super powers to create stunning visuals that align and add value to short and long-term business objectives.Duties and Responsibilities:? Develop and maintain the Cequens brand identity across multiple business channels? Support the goals of the business, while collaborating with key stakeholders across the Products Department? Ensure all digital and print assets translate in a consistent manner that follows our identity guidelines? Lead the design and implementation of a wide range of projects across all channels like website, marketing collateral, events, and digital campaigns? Create compelling insight-based concepts/content/designs across all mediums? Work closely with other marketing functions and relevant stakeholders to implement a cohesive visual style, voice, and tone? Translate marketing and positioning stories to stunning visuals and production-ready designs
