Description Embedded SW Platform for future autonomous driving systems at German OEM (based on AUTOSAR Adaptive) Our teams in the project: - Strongly client facing team with PM, specialists, requirements engineer - Near-shore team St. Pete with strong SW development skills (existing and growing) Technologies used: Linux, C++, Python, AUTOSAR Adaptive, Eclipse, etc.; agile development (SCRUM) Opportunities: work at the bleeding edge of the future of automotive software; take ownership and responsibility for large-scale projects with German OEM; grow personally and professionally, become essential part of our business strategySkills Bachelor degree in computer sciencesn2+ years of experience in SCRUM Master role with the teams of 7+ engineersnExcellent knowledge of SCRUM/Kanban/XP practices, ability to use and combine best of the agile practices to achieve maximum team productivity and transparencynUnderstanding of major development processes and tools - TDD, GIT, CInExcellent communication skills - fluent English is mustnExcellent knowledge and experience in JIRA or similar project tracking toolsnBasic programming skills in C++/JAVA/PythonResponsibilities Guide several cross-functional SCRUM teamsnDrive SCRUM activities - daily standups, sprint planning, sprint review / demo, backlog grooming, sprint retrospective, prepare meeting notesnEnsure smooth sprint execution - control scope creep, establish clear definitions of done, track burn ratio, remove impedimentsnBuild effective communication between onshore (Germany) and offshore (St Petersburg) team membersnFacilitate communication and synergies across feature teamsnInteract with project stakeholders (both internally and on customer side) - Product Owner, Functional Analyst, Architect, QA & Test Manager, make sure their tasks are executed within the sprint scopenCollect, analyze and distribute sprint execution metrics, e.g. team velocity, sprint capacitynPlan and perform process improvementsnConduct and perform local team building activities
