Were hiring!Awan Group is a real estate consultancy firm with roots in the MENA region. Were expanding our team!The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Manage Sales department Set weekly, monthly, and annual goals for the agents to work towards, and track these goals by meeting with agents on a regular basis. They also conduct team meetings and offer advice and incentives for agents to achieve goals.
  • Prepare a quarterly and a yearly sales plan
  • Prepare an employee payroll and budget reports, marketing, and planning open houses and other events that help develop sales leads for their office.
  • Conduct interviews and hire real estate sales staff.
  • Develop and implement training programs that teach sales agents how to establish a relationship with a customers, negotiate real estate deals, and acquire financing.
  • Maintain a satisfied client database and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
  • Meet with clients who need specialized attention or who are experiencing a difficult situation. They also assist sales agents who need guidance with client meetings and communication.
  • Research the market opportunities and stay updated with the competitors, and implement new ways technologies to develop the business.
