ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :? Run all required weekly/monthly reports (including, but not limited to; Catering Forecast, Catering Sales Report, function room occupancy and availability reports, Accounts lists, etc.? Reconcile Banquet Check, Daily Audit.? Prepare all Internal Meeting Requests, BEOs, etc.? Maintain Delphi System, which includes menu input, average check update, BEO training/maintenance.? Run all month end reports associated with Corporate Month End Packet and complete the month end spreadsheet. Review with DOC and send to home office.? Write/run Delphi/Market Vision reports associated with Catering needs and/or mailings.? Compile Crystal reports so that assistants can independently run the Daily Function Sheet, Weekly Function Sheet, Guaranteed Sheet, Missing Menu Report.? Respond according to the crisis management plan to any resort emergency or safety situation.? Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and planning committee.? Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
