Advise all Department and employees on all safety related matters.
Work closely with Safety General Manager to identify and correct all safety matters at their base, department or area of expertise.
Implement the Company Safety Policy through measuring performance and report this into Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs).
Process and maintain all safety reports.
Distribute safety literature, newsletters, and reports to the appropriate areas.
Function as a member of the Safety Action Group for the location as required.
Conduct regular safety meetings, as requested by the Safety Department or on a monthly basis.
Collect the results of regular safety meetings during scheduled quarterly safety meetings with the assistance of the Safety Action Group members.
Collect all safety minutes and forward them to the Safety Department, to raise them to the Corporate Safety Board Meeting for further action.
Promote a positive safety culture among PAS employees.
Identify and highlight Hazards and initiate risk assessments through the GAEL Risk.
Assist in the Management of Change process or change of operation (Minor or Major).
Attend Safety Meetings at the Cairo main office for the review of all safety matters as required.
Perform other duties as required.
