The LDO-SEQ team is responsible for proving resources to projects to perform Rollout management, field deployment activities, construction works management and site Acquisition activities. The RAN and Microwave technologies are the main technology the team supports. The main interfaces are the project teams and external suppliers.Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).What you will learn and contribute toWe are looking for an Experienced Rollout Manager who is accountable to plan and manage the deployment activities for a customer project, ensuring the project is delivered in scope of contractual obligations and within forecasted costs, time and required quality. Liaises with PBM, Customer and supplier as needed for operational needs and escalations on scope, processes, planning and/or budgetAs part of our team, you will do:

  • Plan and manage the deployment activities
  • Responsible for analysis, design and development of policies, plans, programs, Deployment planning, Risk and mitigation, Cost analysis
  • Interacts in presales phase. Can develop and implement recommendations
  • Manages a team of deployment to implement network equipment and applications, from assembly and power up, through validation and commissioning.
Your skills and experience We are looking for an Experienced Rollout Manager who is accountable to plan and manage the deployment activities for a customer project, ensuring the project is delivered in scope of contractual obligations and within forecasted costs, time and required quality. Liaises with PBM, Customer and supplier as needed for operational needs and escalations on scope, processes, planning and/or budgetYou have:
  • Strong experience in Rollout Management
  • Leadership, Customer Focus, Building effective teams, Process Management
  • Cost Management, Problem Solving, Risk Management and mitigation
  • Communication skills, Liaising with PBM, Customer and Supplier and ensuring quality performance target is reached
It would be nice if you also had:
  • Experience in turn key projects is preferred
