Youll be part of Completions & Wellbore Intervention product line. Youll focus on job planning activities including risk assessment, technical job planning, and engineering analysis to ensure flawless execution and prevention of failures during the lifecycle management of our product & services.As a Regional Applications Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Performing work in accordance with Baker Hughes HS&E policies and procedures.
• Assisting with well specific job design based on applications and review with customer before handover to operations
• Performing engineering simulation/analyses such as Torque and Drag and TubeMove
• Preparation, review, and/or approval of overall job design and job operating procedures and final job reports
• Leading regular Incident Review Board meetings.
• Having corrective action identification as well as follow up on implementation for Maintenance and Operations specific problems.
• Being Responsible to drive job & tool failure investigations as well as failure prevention.
• Ensuring failure reporting and product life tracking systems are updated accordingly and in timely fashion.
• Ensuring Maintenance & Operations are informed and are taking action appropriately.
• Supporting in Job planning and preparation by participating in Risk Assessment/deviation waiver/Management of change(RA/DWR/MOC) and deployment readiness assessment process (DRA).
• Participating in the engineering design review process.
• Managing the FRACAS DMAIC Stages. Applying root cause analysis (RCA) Processes. Developing and reviewing cause maps.

Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelors degree in a major engineering discipline
• Have 5-8 years of experience in the oilfield industry
• Have minimum 5 years of direct field, application engineering, or technical sales experience in Well Intervention applications, including Conventional Fishing, Workover, and Thru-Tubing Intervention.
• Have experience in providingTechnical and Engineering Support for operations and Trouble shooting
• Have Customer Engagement coordination exp for Well Intervention.
• Have experience in the application of reliability methods and techniques gained within relevant industry
