You will assure the Quality and Safety of Innovative Infant Feeding products in a Dynamic Environment. Key challenges include risk management, design quality assurance activities and co-ordination of quality activities with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Quality, Clinical, Service and Support teams. Supports organization to work compliant in a lean way. * The Quality project leader ensures that appropriate quality plans are made that include all stages of the life cycle of the Infant feeding products and support Quality plan design * Validates key design inputs like: Usability, reliability, performance, supportability, manufacturability, localizability, safety, security, privacy, sustainability and cost * Provides effective oversight of the execution of the Quality plan, any risk management activities, and of all design related activities during the product lifecycle * Performs independent technical assessment on product quality performance and post-market surveillance product quality analysis * Leads quality related problem solving and root cause analysis during the design and manufacturing * Uses post-market surveillance analytics and statistics to report on product quality performance in the field and initiates action when required * Act as single point of contact person responsible to ensure that product design meets quality and compliance standards for every milestoneYou are a part ofA Quality team working for the businesses- Mother & Child Care at Site, reporting to the Quality Manager- Change Management. You will be based in Eindhoven (or Best), The Netherlands. You will work in project teams with co-ordination with marketing teams, manufacturing teams at various sites, supplier teams, and other Q&R members across Philips. The team consists of 5 Quality Project leads located in Netherlands and Hong Kong.To succeed in this role, youll need a customer-first attitude and the following* Bachelor degree with 3+ years of related experience or a Master degree with 3+ years of related experience. We are also open for more senior candidates. * Qualification / Training in Design for Six Sigma and Statistics or proven experience in Problem solving and root cause analysis tools. Highly experience in using tools and methodologies such as Design-FMEA, Process-FMEA; CTQ flow down; SPC, etc. * Working experience in highly regulated industry is required, experience with development of baby care products or child toys is a plus. * Project management is required. * Quality engineering with experience in Quality Design. * Applied knowledge of appropriate global food contact product regulations, requirements, and standards such as ISO9001 (highly preferred). * Proven ability to successfully incorporate and manage stakeholder needs throughout a project * Communicate globally, across teams and programs, from senior executives to administrative support personnel.
