This role is based in the Borg El Arab factory.The main purpose of the role is to ensure consistency and continuous improvement of Mondelez quality standards and procedures. Moreover; to own, communicate and deliver food safety & quality management systems ensuring compliance to set standards.Main responsibilities:-Ensure implementation of food safety (HACCP) and quality management systems procedures to monitor compliance and reports any non-conformance.-Communicate food safety control & quality management procedures to monitor the compliance and progress of the recommended action plans.-Apply action plans for quality assurance in the plant to monitor the procedures implementation.-Conduct incoming raw and packing materials inspection to ensure its conformance to Cadbury standards.-Generate monthly non-compliance reports, and accordingly recommends corrective action.-Analyze problems in product quality and procedures to recommend ways for improvement.-Form conformance analysis teams when receiving customer complaints to check quality related problems, conduct root cause analysis and provide corrective actions and recommendations.-Follows up on implementation of recommendations.-Manage all laboratory related matters in the plant to ensure the availability of all necessary equipment and issuing of results in an accurate and timely manners.-Monitor training needs for his/her team resulting from either channels; performance appraisals outputs, or technical training in the quality area REQUIREMENTS: QualificationsKnowledge, Skills and Experience Required:-8 years of overall experience in manufacturing environment.-B. Sc. degree in science-chemistry, pharmacy or a related scientific discipline.-Experience working across multiple countries and regions.-ISC (Integrated Supply Chain) relevant experience (Plant Management).-Experience in IL6S.-Fluency in English & Arabic.-Proficiency in MS office.-Strong stake holder management skills.-Experience of working in a multicultural teams and environment.-Team Player; ability to support and lead to achieve common goals.-Strong Communication and Presentation skills.-Problem solving: Proactive and resourceful in solving problems, offering innovative and practical solutions in dynamic environment.
