Employment: Full Time Approach new clients who might benefit from ESRI NEAs services and maximizing client in designated regions and industry through networking, courtesy and follow-up callsResponsible for preparing requested reports and keeping customers recordsComply to Alkan CIT Groups strategies, to ensure meeting the annual sales target of the assigned accountCreate technical presentations and ensure that it satisfies the client needs in terms of quality, price and deliveryProvide technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networksEnsure good quality of services by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of ESRI NEA systems and processes, and documenting themNetwork and follow up with the existing customers to maintain good relationships and links with these customers and promote additional products and upgrades REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor in Computer Science or EquivalentMinimum of 3-5 of experience in the same industryPreferable to have an existing network of clients within the same industryKnowledge of Market research toolsFluency in both English and Arabic languages
