Project / Program Manager ICT Packages HBT PROJ - EgyptLocation Taha Hussein St, Cairo Festival City-fifth settlement,, Building A2, Southern, level2, New Cairo, CAIRO, 171-11835, Egypt Category Business Management Job Id HRD160653 We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Project/ Program Manager ICT Packages - Honeywell Building Technologies to be based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of their assigned project. This requires preparing, planning, executing and controlling all aspects of the project either directly or through delegation with the project team. Successful delivery requires monitoring and controlling financials, works schedule, resources (including subcontractors) as well as managing the project stakeholders (internal and external).· Work with the planning team to develop detailed and accurate work schedules, daily and weekly metrics and reporting data. · Work with construction manager and site supervisors to ensure smooth sequential working and coordination with interfacing/adjacent contractors. · Define all subcontract /supply requirements and work with Supply Chain to ensure all subcontractor/supplier contracts and orders are appropriate for the project from a scope/cost and risk viewpoint. Lead or participate in negotiations as necessary · Manage the contractual requirements of the project to ensure Honeywells risk exposure is minimised and controlled through timely responses and internal escalation. · Ensure the design solution is fit for purpose in meeting the project requirements with the lowest cost of delivery. · Lead the design and development of the Security packages including Infrastructure, Networking, Integration, and Software Development by interpreting scope requirements and implementing technical solutions. · Further education in management or project management would also be advantageous · Tertiary qualifications in Project Management are preferred · Proven experience in project management including budget ownership/management, resource allocation, scheduling, forecasting and planning on large scale ICT related projects in excess of $5 - 10M · Demonstrated leadership experience in the directing and managing of specialist multi-skilled technical and professional staff within a diverse and complex project environment. Building/construction experience preferred. · Demonstrated experience in safety and safety management on large commercial and infrastructure projects · Proven ability to develop and lead a team · Demonstrable customer relation skills · Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of the application of ICT design principles for business and IT system projects. · Proven ability to negotiate, engage, monitor and manage ICT contractors. · Ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships and strong business & stakeholder engagement experience. · Strong effective communication skills (both written and oral) with the ability to inspire trust of management, staff, diverse clients and stakeholders. · Have well-developed people management skills including the ability to motivate and the ability to be a flexible and firm negotiator · Self-motivated, goal orientated, determine own work priorities, ability to meet deadlines and works well under pressure. · Strong interpersonal skills needed for interfacing with high-level internal stakeholders, external clients, and geographically, culturally and linguistically diverse employees to ensure lowest cost, lowest risk and best value engineered solutions. · Excellent computer, presentation and technical writing skills. · Strong command and control skills to manage through internal and customer challenges. · Ability to work effectively in a virtual engineering group environment. *JOB ID:HRD160653*Category:Business Management*Location:Taha Hussein St, Cairo Festival City-fifth settlement,,Building A2, Southern, level2,New Cairo,CAIRO,171-11835,EgyptTranscript Recommended jobs based on your profileNo recommendations foundYour Privacy
