The function of the Project Manager will be to plan, organize and direct the workload performed by a team of developers. The Project Manager will support Management wherever assistance is deemed necessary. Assignments may fluctuate and priorities changed based on the needs of the departments and projects as directed by management. RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain a high-level understanding of target timelines for deliverables Ensure resource balancing across the team to drive efficiencies Work with Business leaders to understand needs and priorities Fulfill Scrum Master responsibilities in leading standups Ensure user stories are approved and ready for development to pick up Triage production issues, assist in writing stories and prioritize for the team Ensure UAT is conducted by business owners and that sign off is tracked Work with onshore and offshore resources to deliver requirements Coordinate project schedules with resources as needed
