Your responsibilities TasksDevelop project charter & project management plan;? Lead and manage the project and the project team;? Define, validate and control scope;? Manage and control schedule and resources;? Manage and control budgets, costs and cash;? Identify and manage project risks and opportunities;? Manage project quality;? Manage occupational health, safety and environment;? Manage project contract;? Manage integrated change control and claim management;? Manage and monitor project engineering;? Manage and monitor project procurement;? Manage and monitor project construction and commissioning;? Close down all project activities;Organize and control the project members/participants and their scope of work/activities and take decisions as CEO of the project (based on Project Charter);? Act as contractor?s representative;Approve commercial transactions and make decisions in accordance with the applicable signature rights and approval levels implemented in the ERP system (Daproh/ SAP)?Request resources and support from the line organization and to participate in any project-relateddecision-making process within the line organizationAuthoritiesAct as ?CEO of the Project? in close cooperation with the Project Commercial Manager (four-eyesprinciple);?Act on behalf of tkIS vis--vis the customer, partners and all stakeholders for the specific project in accordance with the respective regulations of tkIS? Lead the project team;Be responsible for contractual project execution and for the fulfillment of the contractualobligations.?Achieve the project objectives in accordance with the respective internal quality standards,regulations (e.g. Procedures, Instructions) and Lessons Learnt set by tkIS;? Be responsible for costs, quality, safety and schedule within the scope of the project;Comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, e.g. tax, export control, insurance,visa, work permits, labor law, health/safety/environmental regulations;?
