Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible To manage the shifts and all direct staff to ensure the smooth running of the production process and to ensure that all products are produced to the specified specifications, targets, and deadlines are met to achieve the orders also To ensure that all direct staff complies with the company?s KPI?s and safety procedures.Responsibilities

  • Managing the production operations of his area/unit
  • Ensure that all relevant procedures, instructions, good manufacturing and maintenance practices are applied in daily work in order to ensure that daily production schedules, product quality, maintenance standards, and other product performance objectives are met while maintaining brand security standards.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all the maintenance activities are performed to minimize interruption of production.
  • Lead Quality programs to ensure that the final product meets quality standards and includes measures to correct the process when it does not.
  • Lead, organize and control the work of the operators and laborers in the team, motivate and coach them in order to ensure objectives achievement, good working relations, and employee?s development.
  • Continuously analyze available areas of responsibility-related activities data and KPIs, and take adequate corrective actions or/and provide timely feedback and recommendations for corrective actions in order to ensure performance objectives achievement, support continuous improvement, and best practices implementation.
  • Ensure that all the employees under responsibility attend to training activities based on the business/employee needs in order to improve the technical/operational skills and knowledge.
  • Use available motivating tools in order to engage the entire workforce under direct supervision.
  • Managing all aspects of operations to assure a safe working environment and take immediate action to eliminate improper practices or hazardous conditions.
