Job Description

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that the production plan meets the demand requests from both domestic and export markets. This involves managing the car flow for both CKD and CBU models from the ordering phase through to retail sales. Additionally, the role requires maintaining optimal stock levels to ensure smooth production continuity within the agreed cash flow parameters. Effective communication with all upstream stakeholders is essential. Regular reporting to management on the status of the production plan, car flow, and the latest forecast assumptions, including any potential opportunities or risks, is also a key responsibility.Main responsibilities:

  • Set the forecasted plans for production based on sales demand.
  • Simulate the reflection of the monthly orders, production results, wholesale, and retail sales data on the company KPIs and report this data to the top management committee on a monthly basis.
  • Manage the stock level in plant & stock in transit to be within standard limits.
  • Align with the AMEIO team regarding production supportability and forecast cycle.
  • Manage the communication with the regional team regarding order allocation for CKD models.
  • Assure full synchronization between the production plan and parts availability (CKD & Local).
  • Manage the communication with the export team and link the requirements with the production plan.
  • Review the detailed monthly production plan and delivery plan for the sales team.
  • Forecast the annual plant calendar and determine the working conditions throughout the year.
  • Collaborate with the sales team in managing the fleet and tender dues.
  • Map the master planning process in SAP.
  • Assure smooth flow for new projects with related functions.
  • Secure the produced vehicle with the Industrial Development Authority (IDA) & Traffic Authority.
Qualifications and relevant experience:
  • Bachelor of Science in relevant fields Engineering / Supply Chain.
  • 5-7 Years of experience.
Knowledge:
  • Automotive background is a plus.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
