We are in the business of disrupting the Freight market and we are looking for a UX Design Manager who can lead a group of UX Designers and UX Researchers to innovate on behalf of our customers and deliver clear, convenient, and compelling Experiences, what Success Looks Like In The Role You envision how our products will work in the future and how our customers will use them.Responsibilities

• Mentor your team and grow individual designers? careers and their responsibilities.
• Participate in recruiting and ensuring that your teams are resourced and allocated appropriately.
• Lead your team in the creation of a product design roadmap.
• Lead the design for whole new experiences and improvements of existing experiences while planning and defining strategy for the direction of future iterations.
• Plan and propose innovative solutions for a wide variety of product design challenges including, but not limited to: mobile, responsive web, physical environments, and person-to-person interactions.
• Integrate the latest standards in interaction design and trends in user design into the product creating the most intuitive and easy-to-use products in the transportation market.
• Develop a new standard in how core design patterns are shared and documented ensuring that the engineering teams can seamlessly tap into the patterns allowing them to independently build with confidence.
• Quickly iterate on multiple interactive design solutions and work through details.
• Develop high-level and/or detailed storyboards, mock-ups, interaction flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Deliver work thats not only user-friendly, and aesthetically engaging, but also produces results.
• Work alongside engineers and product managers throughout all stages of the product development cycle.
• Use data and user research to validate assumptions, optimize performance, and find user experience gaps.
• Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications.
