WHO WE AREThe AMECA BU teams? contribute to the development of our business and provides water and waste management solutions that enable cities optimize their resource management and strengthen their environmental and economic performances, in line with regulatory standards.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING* Supervise the operation team and ensure that the plant is operated smoothly. * Follow up with sub-contractors on the supply of the consumables. * Defines the operation instructions and optimizes the plant operation * Facilitates maintenance operations in collaboration with the maintenance manager * Monitors plant results, operation, analyses * Ensures that treated water and by-products (sludge and waste) are monitored * Ensures that the managers under his responsibility apply the goals set * Ensures that all interventions are performed under optimal health and safety conditions * In constant contact with management, he reports on all unusual events, indicating the measures taken * Dress written reports to management on problems he considers serious * Uses laboratory analyses and ensures site reports are writtenWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR* Bachelor?s degree in Engineering - Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical *Must have at least 5 years? experience in wastewater or water treatment plants * Good knowledge of Process and sludge treatment field * Problem identification & problem-solving skills
